Thanks for the heads up. I blocked the number but now I know who I blocked. I really like Omaha Steaks. I ship orders as holiday gifts and for families who suffers a lose of a loved one. The recipients seem to enjoy the quality and convenience. They have great customer service, but I don't want to be solicited by phone. I'll keep the number blocked.

I have been receiving omaha steaks offer ever since my husband odered from a brochure that was mailed to us I told him it will be a long time of mailings, they did not give up, including phone calls, I was not happy with my husbands order, too spicy but he placed the order because they offered free shipping, the day of delivery a phone call from omaha ---- you owe $17.99 for shipping he gave a credit card # and while they were still on the phone with my husband the door bell rang and there was the order, now I think the guy was at the bottom of the hill and as soon as he received the notice the shipping was payed he delivered I am convinced that is what happened, I also told the besty person on other phone calls I do not need another set of steak knives, now they are offering nice photos of the free stuff if we buy their meat. Today 8-22-13 in the mail another order sheet so I send them all the meat markets in the area that advertise in the news paper (7) ads and I taped them together I do not need meat from nebraska who knows how long it is frozen, what gets my goat their meat is expensive and that shipping charge I could have purchased 4lb of beef roast, and they are so proud to sell me ribbon meat, you all know the claim we are eating too much fat, and omaha calls ribbon beef gourmet, they are asking the wrong people, they need to pest the white house they have the big money to buy meat at their price and just think how much less if they stopped sending the "free gifts" next time they call I am telling them enough pesting me, it is not going to get me to purchase anything, they just don't know how thickheaded the pa dutch can be.

This number has shown up on our call log at work - as well as 330-492-2913. My company is about to file a complaint as this is in appropriate to contact a business with annoyance calls and no messages are left for any particular person. This is a place of business, not a private person.

I bought a gift basket of steaks for my son about 8 months ago .... after 7 months of continual follow-up sales junk mail (at least once a week) from this company, they're now calling ..... incessantly!!! .... every day .... often multiple calls per day. Caller ID says "Nebraska Call".... After Googling it, (I never answer) I could see it was Omaha Steaks. I will NEVER, NEVER, EVER, buy from this company again. If they don't have the courtesy to not harass meafter a sale, then I'm through with them. It would be unreasonable for me to not expect an occasional advertising mailing piece from them, but, the over-the-top frequency of their constant sales pitch attempts by mail and phone has become very irritating!
