I, too, have found a charge on a credit card statement that is not mine, also referencing this phone number. It Does mention Paypal, with whom I Do Not have an account, and have used them only once in my life, when other options were not available. It references a charge for legal services. Funny, I don't recall ever paying legal fees. I believe this to be a result of a fraudulent call for a magazine subscription renewal that occurred about the same time. This is the only odd charge on my bill, and was in about the same time frame. The Real magazine has just been in touch regarding the renewal. Odd that they would reference completely different subjects, but it's another layer of mystery.I can't help wondering if this is a Christmas gift from Equifax.I will be reporting this to the Attorney General of the State of California, and would suggest that those of you who have been wronged will report it to the AG in your respective States.

DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER. This is not in any way associated with paypal and/or ebay. Just before getting this call I received a fake email from someone claiming to be paypal that was investigating a purchase. Once again,,, this is a fake phone number trying to get your paypal info.!!!!

So what did Paypal due, did they refund the money ?Because I have several charges on my bank state this month from PayPal that are " Keystone 402-935-7733 CA, JCRAWFORD $157.50 402-935-7733 CA...and more. I'm going to call PayPal but would like to know what they did about it...Thanks

Found 3 charges on my credit card thst I have no idea way.

My account was debited by PAYPAL with this phone # listed for $5.99 right after I made an on-line purchase to Jessica London, I think that their website was hacked or the Paypal site was hacked. I immediately cancelled my card, but I also contacted the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) so they can track these thieves down. Please take the time to register on websites like this and to also complain to the FTC about these activities, otherwise they will never get caught.

Odd charge notice sent to me by scamer saying that I had paid for Google play whatever that is. Called the real paypal number. Very helpful, but based on another compromised card, I asked that the Paypal account be closed, which it was.

$27.00 was charged to my bank account with no reason but this number.

Unsolicited call claiming to be from Paypal

I called Paypal to ask about a transaction and was told there was over an hour wait and they could call me back. This is the number that called me back but, when I answered, an automated voice said something about high call volume and hung up. I called Paypal back and the recording said I was still in the queue to receive a call and they'd put me thru right away. (15 min on hold... still waiting) Anyway, this is a Paypal number. I've been a customer of theirs since Elon Musk thought up the idea (or thereabout) and have never had a problem. I have had disputes and they have always been handled. I just think this number is used so often and people don't know what it is so they just block it or report it as spam.

Got my CC bill with amount of Rp.3,168,697 ( about $300) on 9/11/2012 Paypal Damage Good ( Who buy damage goods???) cant Paypal really block this Fraud ...???
