I received a call from this number at 5:36 pm. same thing i won 100,000 air miles .. press 1. I did just to see what this was all about. I was put on hold for about 30 sec when i also had a gentleman verifying that i was over the age of 25 and that i held a valid credit card. Of course this raised flags but i wanted to dig a little deeper. He went on to explain the 2 vacation packages for cancun and orlando ... smooth talker trying to ask what i do on vacation and if I had ever beeen to mexico.. would you like to see the ancient mayan architecture and swim with the dolphins? Sure i would who wouldnt. Gave me the low low price of 698.00 and that could be broken into installments if i couldnt aford it today. They would just run my card for whatever i could pay today form 1.00 to 698.00 and the rest of the $ would be deffered until i could aford it as long as i paid in full min 45 days prior to booking my vacation. I remained firm with i cant afford that they offered me both vacation pkgs for 349.00 us. again with the option of deffered pmnts. I said i was uncomfortable with giving out my credit card info over the phone he went on to tell me how they are a 25 year old company with a great reputation blah blah blah.. I told him that my credit card was at home and i was not and he wanted me to get the info off of a reciept or something when i said i dont use my card so i wouldnt have a reciept he asked if i could go home and get it he would wait on hold?? i said that i couldnt do that as i was over at a friends he said i could call him back within the next 45 min with the card # he would give me both vacation pkgs for the 349.00. he gave me a number 1-800-961-4641. He said his name was brad. He was very dissapointed at the end dof the call and when i asked if I could use these "airmiles" for a new washing machine instead he hung up. These guys are very slick and convincing. Amazing how far they will go to secure that info. I work as a distributer of mastercard as well as a money transfer service. We see these things all the time. Its just too bad that ppl get sucked into these things. Who knows maybe one day you will win something legitamately but you wont claim it for fear of fraud. Its really too bad.

I got this call from this number today and i did not answer when they called my cell as it was a long distance number but as soon as my phone stopped ringing my boyfriends home phone began to ring. They left a message on his machine saying "you have a collect call to accept press one" there was nothing about airmiles or Rogers.

I reside in Ottawa, Ontario and just received a phone call from that number ... Indicating i won 100,000 Air Miles Reward Miles, and needed to press one to accept.... [***] !

I JUST GOT A CALL FROM THAT NUMBER TO ITS REALLY SAD BECASUE NO ONE HAS MY NUMBER IT IS A WORK PHONE

I picked up and played along a bit. Then I made fun of the guy when personal information was requested. They already have my number so why not screw with them. Lol

Have received a call from this number every few weeks for months. I have never picked up, my call display says its from Alberta and I have no reason to receive a call from Alberta so Ive never picked up. From what everyone has wrote, its obviously some kind of scam so im glad I didnt.

they just called my home and said it was a WESTJET prize!! i AM a westjetter and i know that we do not do any type of marketing/promotions like this so i too knew it was a scam. anyone that is not professional enough to tell you their name, employee ID and where they are AND is asking for credit card info is a scammer! never give your credit info!!! if you need to provide proof of age ask why and offer to visit a location to show id. hope this helps!

I am very annoyed with calls from this number to my cell. I don't answer any number i don't recognize. Where the heck are they getting my number from? This number is going to be reported to the CRTC, as they were the ones that set up the Do Not Call Registry in Canada.
