Just got this call as well on my cell phone, Kitchener, Ontario. Glad I didn't answer it, I always let random numbers leave messages and call them back. They didn't leave a message.
St. Albert, AB. Same thing - I missed the call and this number showed up. Thanks to this site, I'm glad I wasn't available to answer the call.
Called 14 Oct 2010, no message left, 'call cannot be completed as dialed' when I tried to call it back.I suggest calling Westjet and reporting the number.
Because you are a valued customer of West Jet...Same recording just different companies. Damn!
I just got one of them calls. It was dead end, however, it could be that the first thing I said was "remove me from you list"...lol... Anyhow, Bell Canada/Mobility do sell their list so that you all know. The only way your number would never be on the list would be to pay to have your number unlisted, and even then, it could take a while for the calls to stop as many use old list to make calls.
I am in Edmonton and have received calls from this damn number 3 times. Twice they said "Since you are valued customer of Costco, you receive a special gift" and asked you to dial 1 to accept it. Again today, but it is Westjet. I did dial 1 and speaks to a living thing and it sounds like somebody from Africa with heavy accent. They then try to transfer you to someone else supposed to arrange a free travel package. Very rude guy not willing to answer who he is and which company he works for. So I hung up. It all smells fishy. I am worried about my cellphone bill...How can I report this number to officials so someone can go and eliminate these anointing guys?
