This is a Debt Collection Agency called "Account Management Resources", based out of Oklahoma City, OK....I received an "automated-robo-call" that only leaves a partial message....their "goal" (as the put it), is "to bring a new level of professionalism and a scientific, process oriented approach to traditional debt recovery & debt collection practices. AMR partners with in-house debt recovery organizations and accounts receivable departments of commercial entities and governmental agencies." blah blah blah!! If they say I/we "owe" a debt - then they'd best send it to my address - not have some cheap-@$$ computer do the talking!!! But guess they got tired of getting griped-out or cussed, which I'd say is being "chicken"!! We don't answer unknown numbers and/or callers!!! There is such a thing called the "USPS"....stick a stamp on it and mail it to me!!!

I block any # that calls and set my ph to go directly to Voicemail and set my ringtone to virate for that #..I don't even bother with them

Account Management Services, the account they called me about was for a small debt I owe to a doctor in the Oklahoma City area. I made arrangements with a very nice lady two months ago and she assured me I would not be called again, however, since then, they call approximately once a week. I am in a bankruptcy and do not have a disposable income. Never avoided there calls until now and that is only because I told them that I would pay them when my br is dismissed in November. One lady was assigned to my case, but a different lady now calls.

This is the most unprofessional Collection service I have ever encountered. I explained to the lady I have never received a bill from the company she is attempting to collect for. That being said I am considering her call an attempt to collect a a debt that does not exist, thereby fraudulently attempt to scam money from me. When I stated this to her she said very stern, loud and fast. "OK I'll just mark the account as a refusal to pay. 'click' ".I would like to choke out cowards who do that.

I got a call from the same phone # 405 290-2032 today. The person called me introduce himself from "Account management services". He ask me to verify my name and address. I told him I want to know what is his services about and why he called me. He told me he could go further detail until he could verify my address. I told him Sorry I could not verify anything until you tell me what is purpose of your call and what is your company name. He then hung up on me.

Received a call stating my name and saying calling from account management resources. She then told me I needed to verify my address and started spouting out an address. I said who is this. She repeated account mgmt resources and she needed me to verify my address and said address again. I said what is this about and she said she would tell me when I verified my address. I said I'm not verifying my address until I know what this is. She said she was going to have to disconnect with me now. Weird and rude

Stop calling me
