I occasionally get a call from this company, I told them that there was a billing error and my insurance was not charged. The doctor I was seeing is no longer practicing medicine since 6/2011. I do owe the doctor and I am still in contact with him and I am on good terms with him. Come tax time I will pay him off directly not some rude collection agency.

THIS MORNING I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER, I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE WOMAN THAT CALLED, SHE SAID SHE WAS LOOKING FOR ELIZABETH, WELL THATS MY NAME, SO I ASKED WHO SHE WAS AND WHO SHE WAS WITH, SHE IGNORED MY QUESTIONS AND ASKED IF MY ADRESS WAS STILL ??????? 15TH STREET, WELL I DONT LIVE THERE NEVER DID, SHE ASKED WAS IT A PREVIOUS ADRESS, NO I TELL HER, SHE CONTINUED TO DEMAND ID, I TOLD HER I WAS NOT COMFORTABLE TELLING SOMEONE I DO NOT KNOW WHO THEY ARE OR WHERE THEY ARE FROM MY INFORMATION. I ASKED HER 3-4 MORE TIMES WHO SHE WAS AND WHAT COMPANY SHE WAS WITH. HER REPLY WAS CALL US WHEN YOU DO FEEL LIKE TALKING, AGAIN I ASKED WHO SHE WAS AND WHERE SHE WAS FROM, NOT SO NICE LADY SLAMMED PHONE AND DISCONNECTED THE PHONE CALL. WHAT THE HECK?

How do I get in the no call list?

Just got a call from this number. Immediately hung up when i hear Please stay on the line your call is important to us," obviously not important enough to ACTUALLY have someone call me. Also the whole "Your call is important," Well IM not the one who made the call and YOUR call is not important to ME.

I got a call from this number today, knew my name and last name, and said he was from account services or something, I asked from where but he said he can't give me the info unless i confirm my address and personal information!! i said i can't do that unless i know who im talking to so he then hung up. i dont owe anyone anything..as far as i know!.very creepy

Just got a call from a girl at this number who asked for me and wanted to verify my information. I repeatedly asked why it was needed and who was asking and she said she couldn't tell me until I verified my information to make sure they had the right person. After going in circles she said she'd "put a note on the account" and she hung up.

I have had this call a few times. Collection company, perhaps.But I have developed a system that gives me a thrill: I answer in a soft voice so they are listening intently, then blast an air horn in the receiver. They hang up quickly and book an appointment with their audiologist. lolIt makes me smile.

Calls all the time from 290-2032 then from a blocked number, lady said something about needing all my personal information to make sure the court papers that had been sent out had all the correct information as in name address and information on them?????? I would think that if I was already getting some papers in mail then they wouldn't need my address and correct name and information....She wouldn't tell me who she was or from where or who was sending the papers. I looked up my information and have no law suits against me. IDK I no longer answer their calls

They call me like once a month or something. I got a new phone so I no longer had their number blocked. Anyway, any time I have ever answered a call from them, it's always a recording saying "your call is very important to us, please hold for the next available representative". Uh I didn't call YOU. So if they are really trying to bring a more professional feel to debt collecting, maybe they should call people themselves. Don't put then on hold as soon as they answer. And don't have the recording say "you're call is very important to us" because that makes it sound like we called you. And we didn't. Re-blocked!
