They knew my full name and told me i won some sort of sweepstakes. They said something about credit cards and hung up. I got a police report filed with the delaware state police who mentioned that they want to f... this guy.

Their local Police Dept. number is 406-363-3033 in Hamilton, MO. They will inform you that a local telemarketer is responsible for this (NOT poor David and Carolyn Elwood, so please don't run their name through the mud). The Hamilton PD will tell you that you should report the issue to your local PD, requesting that they contact the Hamilton PD. The telemarketer "claims" to have problems with their phone lines, but they are in fact running an illegal scam.The appropriate action to stop these calls as soon as possible is to first call the Hamilton PD, then your local PD.... And yes, I get 9 calls a day too...

I got a call from this number on my phone when it was on vibrate, causing it to shake and fall into the sink while I was cleaning, now my phone doesn't work, this is the 5th or 6th time this number has called me and I am PISSED.

This number no longer belongs to the Elwoods it is a telemarketing firm and their company name is Countrywide Periodicals

Although the phone number in "reverse phone number" shows the phone to be registered to Carolyn and David Elwood in Corvalis, MT, the name on the caller ID was Lorna Holmes. This same number is showing up as coming from Hamilton, MT, too. I registered the call as a harassing phone call with my telephone company. I have my phone through my cable company. If it continues, I can just file a report with the police department and let them handle it from there. Usually, these calls are telemarketers attempting to get your credit card information, or bank account information. It's best to let the authorities handle them. They obtain your name and the last 3 of your credit card from companies such as mortgage companies, insurance companies, banks, etc. If you haven't opted out of them sharing your information with third party affiliates, then your information is out there - to be picked up by any crook that wants it.

Today 3/11, calls at 5:58pm, 4:42pm & 2:04pm (EST). I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Never a message. Tried to call back, user mailbox has a heavy breathing kind of sound where name should be and mailbox is full.I looked up the NPA/NXX and it shows as landline from Qwest Corporation in Corvallis, MT zip code 59828. Corvallis, MT has a population of about 245 males and 247 females (an that is not thousands). The mean income is $24,062 in 2007.

Received a call from this number. They said I had won some contest to get $100,000. The man asked for personal information, but refused to give me any information on this "company" when I asked. Then he hung up.
