Once again they called on my cell phone offering a cruise. What good is it to be on a do not call list, both federal and state, and nothing seems to be happening. Why can't the government stop these calls?

received a missed call from this number. no voice mail left. I texted them back stating the line they called on does not take telemarketing calls and not to call again. Locking that message in case they continue to call so I can go after them for harassment as well as report them to FCC and Florida consumer services for continued contact even though my number is on the Federal Do Not Call List.

I get the same [***] keeps calling I all bak says verison customer is a [***] lol

Scam call trying to get money out of you by lying who they are and their reason for calling.Notice this phone number calls often after hours. Always around 6 on to 9 pm. I called it back and it claimed it was Verizon wireless payment center. Only problem is I don't have a Verizon wireless account or cell phone. The message is done well and sounds legit. And Yet... So I called Verizon and they looked up the phone number and found it's a pay as you go cell phone and has nothing to do with Verizon!So this is a scam call. I truly find it absurd when people come on here to report and only say that the number called and didn't leave a message. That gives no worth while information. I am a legit person and I have called friends, family and even business calls and not left a message and that doesn't mean anything other than I didn't have time to leave a message or didn't really want a call back since I only was wanting to chat at the moment.I can't make anyone do anything. But if you have truly nothing to say other than they called and didn't leave a message your posts are pointless and worthless. Which is more aggravating to me than the scammers who care calling me.

What a bunch of time wasted without posting good info on the #, if you get a call from someone that has no importance to you just say" whatever you do don't tell anyone I buried the body's in the garden", they will hang up, then just sit back and laugh about it!

The FCC or any consumer services can do nothing about scam calls. So your making notes and trying to sue a company for harassment doesn't work on fake criminal calls. IF they were a true telemarketing company than you could have a case. If they were a true legit company, you'd have a case... IF they continue to call you after being told not too. The Do Not Call List is ONLY for real businesses and there are some loopholes for certain types of businesses. Still. You are threatening to contact the police on a scam caller that cannot be traced as they often use pay as you go cell phones, aka burner phones. If the police could trace them they'd already be in jail for bilking people out of money. Be like threatening a pick pocket who got your billfold but you didn't see them and then expecting the police to be able to find them, the billfold and all your money back.

This number constantly keeps calling my phone and when I pick it up they hang up this is so annoying I don't know how to stop it. Any suggestions?
