The call I got was a recording. I doubt a whistle would do any good but that's a great idea when you have a real person on the phone. Although I would be afraid of retaliation. :(

Calls and doesn't say anything and calls back immediately and doesn't respond.

The caller ID on this was clearly spoofed, on my phone legitimate numbers come in looking like this: 222-222-2222 This one came in: 14075927354. Caller ID won't show a "1" in front unless you have some weird phone you've configured to show the "1".I did not answer and they left no message. 407 is a central Florida exchange, primarily Orlando, not that that means much wikth a spoofed call.

called back, robot answers saying it is with verizon wireless??

As expected this number is still continuing to call me. They never leave a message on my machine.

APPARENTLY THE IDIOTS DON'T CAREAND WHEN YOU REPORT IT TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA CONSUMERSERVICES, THEY SET ON IT FOR 2 MONTHS AND SEND YOU A FORM LETTERBACK, SAYING THEY DON'T KNOW WHO IT IS. CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.MIGHT AS WELL ABOLISH THAT DEPARTMENT AND SAVE THE TAXPAYERSA LOT OF MONEY.THANK YOU

NEVER call-forward ANYTHING to 911. The person who wrote that is an idiot. Use 911 for emergency situations only.
