The call I got was a recording. I doubt a whistle would do any good but that's a great idea when you have a real person on the phone. Although I would be afraid of retaliation. :(
The caller ID on this was clearly spoofed, on my phone legitimate numbers come in looking like this: 222-222-2222 This one came in: 14075927354. Caller ID won't show a "1" in front unless you have some weird phone you've configured to show the "1".I did not answer and they left no message. 407 is a central Florida exchange, primarily Orlando, not that that means much wikth a spoofed call.
As expected this number is still continuing to call me. They never leave a message on my machine.
