Robert Kennedy 407-660-9999 claim to be member services re: reduction of your interest rate

How do we report these callers? I have about 3 different ones who call. I wish there were an active group to police these fraud callers and make them accountable. The fact is their caller ids are on the phone, and I am certain that if any policing agency wanted to; they could track these types of callers down and prosecute. We need definitive laws to protect us. We can report these, but clearly no one is doing a thing about it. The sad thing is that if someone came to your work or home in person to harass or steal from you; they'd be in jail; but we the consumers haven't insisted with the lawmakers that they actually do create proper laws, then enforce them.

PLEASE READ: We have a business (Armstrong & Associates) in Cincinnati. Our phone number is 513-407-6609. When customers do a direct-call back on a call coming from 407-660-9999, they are connected to our phone number. (Note the similarities in the numbers.) I believe this company is intentionally and fraudulently programming the call back number (ANI) to our phone number so that we get the irate call-backs. This is horrible for the innocent people that are called and horrible for us as well. Hopefully, this information will help someone track and stop these scam artists.

This company keeps using this number telling you they will give you an interest rate of 6-9%. They tell you to press 2 to unscribe but they keep calling.

Caller ID said Robert Kennedy, however it was Rachel from Cardmember Services with her usual speech.

My caller ID read Kennedy, Robert. They did not leave a message. I tried calling the number back and there was a recorded message saying the number has been disconnected. This was just one hour later from when they called.

I don't even have a credit card!!!!!

Ok so I just got a call from some "Card holder services"!!! WTF this guy comes on the phone and is asking me What color Panties am I wearing. Are you F'N kidding me. He said I called him. Ugh I'm so pist off don"t answer any call from this number 407-660-9999. What do i do how do you block those numbers!!!
