I really hate these scammers who claim they can 'lower your credit card interest rates' but only want to steal your credit card numbers or even your identiy. Never give them any of your personal information!If you speak to a representative, they will only curse and hang up on you if you ask them to stop calling. It's not worth the aggravation.Add each number (there will be more than one because they spoof the Caller ID information) to your phone's address book under SCAM or DO NOT ANSWER. (Some phones will even allow you to block calls from certain numbers.) You know they're not a legitimate company when their Caller ID name is "Robert Kennedy." Most importantly, report each and every scam call like this that you receive to www.donotcall.gov.

I have clicked the dissatisfied button on Zwicker and Associates 15 time since September 2. I get calls from them every day, even after sending two Cease and Desist letters, and telling them in person to stop every time they call. Zwicker has called me 17 times since October 4th. Nothing you do helps.
