We keep getting calls from that no. & other numbers,& with the name of Robert Kennedy,at all hours,late in the eve. & early in the A.M.,my husband recently had heart surgery,my parents are in their 90s',it scares me when it's late,thinking it's an emergency.We are on the 'Do not call' list,hadn't been bothered til the last 2-3 mths.,now it's daily,sometimes 2 a day.

This company is trying to steal your personal info. Fraud. Asked to be removed and he told me to F*CK OFF and went on a rampage. Avoid at all costs

I was called by the robo scammers again today. They call every day. At first I'd just hang up. Then I started choosing option "3" to discontinue further calls. Today I decided to talk to someone. When an agent came on line I stated that I was on the do not call list. The agent said "I don't give a sh*t, this is a Mastercard and VISA reduction call". After a shocked pause I said I've chosen option 3 several times to discontinue further calls and... to which the agent interrupted and said "I don't give a f*ck". Then I lied and said he'd reached an extension of the FBI and he said "I don't give a f*ck. F*ck you, and f*ck your wife too". I hung up and reported the incident to the NC State Attys Office, who told me they're scammers who want money to go to people's credit card company and reduce they're rates, which never happens of course. They "wash" their calls through an outside the US facility and then the calls come back into the States. Watch yourselves. These are really baaaad people! They use other numbers too, but this is the most popular one. Use your caller ID, and don't answer if it's from this number, or any number you don't recognize.

This is the 6th call this week from this number.Robo-message starts in the middle so all I get is "call this number before offer expires."

Get these call all the time, and it is annoying. I called the number back one time, got a live person, told them, I am on the federal do not call list, so please take me off you list. They hung up quickly.They not only call the home phone, they call my cell phone!

"Offering help" with Credit card debt. Right!

I filed both a "Do Not Call" and an official FTC complaint against Robert Kennedy/Card Services (or whatever they're calling themselves today) just now. I've filed DNC reports at least once or twice before against them, but possibly under different numbers. I've stayed on the phone to speak with a rep twice to ask them to stop calling me, and they just hang up. Once I asked a rep if they were affiliated with my credit card companies, and she lied and said "Yes." You can get through to the FTC by clicking the box that says "I'm dissatisfied with this company's telemarketing services" instead of clicking the "Do Not Call" complaint-related box.

Get an air horn, best idea yet.
