Claiming you're on the "do not call list" is like complaining that the person who mugged you wasn't heeding loitering laws.In other words, these people are illegal scammers... they're after your card numbers. They don't care about do not call lists, keep shifting their numbers to avoid being traced, and will robo-call you non-stop until they find the one sucker they can milk out of tens of thousands.All you can do is curse them with a terminal case of diarrhea.
If any one gets the information for this number I would love to know. Everytime that I pick up the phone and talk with someone to get my self removed from the list the person on the other end of the phone hangs up on me.

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
