PHL INTERNATIONAL IS Calling and ruining my life and wasting my minutes. i called jason and he was very nice and explained they get 1,000 phone calls a day but it isnt them. Why would he even answer the phone if they knew people were calling to complain. chris listing all his info is messed up. especially if you are blaming the wrong person
This "lower your credit card interest rate" scam has been reported to the FCC by me ALONE a handful of times this week. I am getting VERY ANGRY! The last time I reported the intrusion (July 2, 2012 at 4:50 p.m. PDST) I also included the following comment to the FCC -- not that it would do ANY good, but it's just the way I and apparently MANY others feel:Message to the FCC:These people have deeply bothered MANY of us. They better hope you find them before WE do.Pay ATTENTION and BURN these [***]! NOW!

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
