That's what Chase told me as well.. Actually they told me not to give them any information.
I did not answer, but they did not leave a message on the machine either. I have had calls from Chase before, but they always leave a message. I will set up a payment arrangement online with Chase today, but I will not talk to whoever it is that is calling from FL.
They call us 5 times a day. I have never answered, assuming it is a scam. Now I know it is.

ALL you dumb [***], If you do not reconize the damn number, then why even answer? That do not call list is also a big joke if not another scam. Get another life and free yourself from those dumb calls.
What planet in the galaxy are yo from? The FBI, AG, FTC & FCC have no clue on these annoying phone calls.

Called three times and left no message. The third time the name that came up on my phone was Authors Club president. I answered and the caller then said they were collecting on a debt, claimed they were recording the call. Scam.
