Appears to be Chase Bank. This is one of the dozens of different numbers you'll get collection calls from if you're late on payments. I consider repeat robocalls and continued failure to leave messages harassment. Conduct like this is why I opened a debt collection defense in my law firm, so I could help people sue banks and debt collectors for unlawful actions.
I keep getting hang up calls on my company cell phone and my personal cell phone. I have told Chase that they are not allowed to call me during work hours on my company phone and now they stay with the hang up calls but it is the same number.
Received many, many calls with hangups. Finally, someone answered, gave his first name and wanted information from me but would not give me anything bur calling from Chase. I hung up.

Called three times and left no message. The third time the name that came up on my phone was Authors Club president. I answered and the caller then said they were collecting on a debt, claimed they were recording the call. Scam.
