I am almost positive this is Chase. Answered the phone and spoke with a lady about the past due amount on my credit card. She told me the exact amount that I did actually owe on my card without me giving her any information. Also knew that I had been a member of Chase for a long period of time. And the number stopped calling me after I made a payment on the card.
This is indeed Chase Card Services. They called, left a message on my machine with a number to call back. The number to call back is the same one on my statement. It is not a scammer calling.
I have started receiving calls from this number but the caller i.d. display is a spoof. It shows as a person I know but with the 407 number.
Scam call claiming they're chase! After I told them that I know they are scammers they pretended signal isn't clear and hung up the phone! Do not give them any info! Went to chase and they said they never called and I talked to a scammer!
Chase needs to go to FCC and get this number disconnected if not them, go media have researched. Got a away to be a way to trace? Stating my 2cents, due to found this site when looking up
