The company I work for owns the number being listed as caller ID. We are not placing those calls. Someone has hijacked our phone number.
Did not pick up the call and they did not leave a message. Irritating! I am on national DO NOT CALL registry.
One call attempt, caller ID came up as Private Number, so my phone automatically filtered it after one ring. No message left.
Do not call registry is a JOKE!! they still allow calls. I have to todlers that they always wake up because they said they can call until 9PM, even on Sundays. Those filthy Mother F'ers!!!

This is a secret shopper call. Making a simple process hard for customer service agents. They cause you to lose your job. I wish Citibank would do things differently. Thinking about not doing business with them.
