Just received it. Recording "Pack your bags..." Could not get answer when I called number back.
The caller ID for this number comes up as Akerman Senter(fitt) which is a law firm in Orlando. They are not responsible for the calls and at this point have no clue as to who is spoofing their number. I filed complaints with both the FTC and FCC indicating that the law office had their number hijacked. Hopefully they have also contacted the authorities to investigate what is happening.;

This is a secret shopper call. Making a simple process hard for customer service agents. They cause you to lose your job. I wish Citibank would do things differently. Thinking about not doing business with them.
