Got a call today 7/13/2014 at 11:30 am asking if I wanted to lower my credit card interest rate press 9.Press 9 and talk to someone who claimed to be with Merchant Card Services, I point out that was company process credited card for business, then asked him where he was located he told me Atlanta Georgia. I looked it up 409 is a state of Texas telephone area code. Wouldn't give me a his name or the real name of the company. Told him I was filing a complaint as I'm on the Do Not Call list (like it does any real good)
I get this call about every other month. I have never answered because it just looks suspicious. They have never left a message. I figure if it was important they can contact me by mail or leave a voice mail.
Received call from this number 46 minutes ago. Did not answer, no message left. I'm in N.D.

Just got a call from this #, ignored it. There was a robot-left voice mail stating that "there is a problem with my account" and I "may be eligible for a lower rate" and my "eligibility ends soon." Total scam. Every now and then I'll actually take one of these calls and make the caller either feel 2 inches tall or else they swear profusely when they figure out I have them busted.Call was received on a ND cell # that is on the DNC list.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.
