Just recieved a call from this number. Did not answer. No message. I am in Maryland.

I did the same thing, but the operator asked me if I was smoking weed.

I answered. I run a direct sales business, so I get a lot of calls from numbers I don't know. I got the same thing you did about a credit card with no problems and wanting to lower my interest rate. I also connected to a live person and asked to be removed from their calling list. My call was also disconnected at that point.

I've been getting these phone calls on my landline for months now. They stop for a period of time, then pick up, calling about two times a day for several weeks, then drop off and just when you think they've gone bye bye, it starts all over again. I've called back as others have done and get same msg that call can't go through. I've never talked to a live person though. I would like to know what some individuals refer to as call central. Is this somewhere you can go and block this phone number?

Got a call from this number, I picked up but no one there. I have an Indiana number.

Just got the same call... actually 5th or 6th call. I keep asking to be removed from the call list to no avail. Once as I was obviously frustrated with the guy not understanding and or not listening but continuing his pitch in foreign speech. I did drop an expletive or two and the guy was like, "calm down ... calm down why you so hot". Because [***] you're not listening!Something has to be done!!!

I've been getting three or four calls per day to my land line from this number. And just this week, they have started also calling my cell phone. Both numbers are on the Do Not Call registry. This is clearly an unscrupulous outfit that disregards all laws and ethical standards. We need to get this stopped! If not, I will have to disconnect my land line,

Just now received a robo call from 409-123-4567. I didn't answer and no msg was left by them. I'm in IA.Agreed this is lame. Why are legit companies (legit by license, not necessarily morals) still using trickery to gain customers?

(409) 123-4567 2nd time in 2 days, appears to be a scam (1234567, really?). Tired of unwanted phone calls despite being on the "No Call List"...
