Methinks one of the services this firm supplies is in the form of contractual 'surveys' for debt collectors and others trying to determine the name(s) of the owners of unlisted numbers. Don't fall for it. One comment re: this number referred to the fact that they were told that Arbitron was doing a survey for WaMu (Washington Mutual Bank). I have never heard a radio ad for WaMu. These people call endlessly -- why not move on after a few weeks or months? There are millions of others to 'survey'. They ring several times a day, and even at times which are illegal (before 8am and after 9pm). They send cash money through the mail. Sure, they get info for the "radio survey" arm of their business, but they also get your name and personal info.
