They've called me several times; when I don't answer, they stay on just long enough for my answering machine to record a blank message. The first time I answered, it was 7:30am...I stopped their speech, asking them if they knew what time it was (no real reply to that), and asked them to be removed from their list (which they must then do by law). Next time they called, I once again stopped they're speech...the guy got really rude with me and eventually hung up on me.Anyway, I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. They said they already have several complaints...I'd advise anyone who is getting harassing calls (especially if they're calling too early or late) to contact them also. *** The FTC's number is 877-382-4357. ***Even if they are a survey company, there are still rules they have to abide by. I know because I used to work for one--a legitimate, professional one--and they ARE NOT abiding by the rules.

Call every hour, sometimes more. Saturdays and Sundays too. Never leave message. Have called as late as 9:30PM

I also received a letter in mail from Arbitron and a dollar. Until I discovered in here that it was from Arbitron, this caller called my number and did not speak a word. My phone said "unknown name", so I simply hung up.

These clowns from Arbitron keep calling at all hours of the day and night. Weekends included. I never answer their calls, but it makes no never mind to them. I finally registered with the "Do Not Call.com" registry. Hopefully that will work. There's another 800 number that loves to break chops also. I hope this helps commiserate. We are all victims of these schumcks.Shalom

They started calling me about a week ago. They call at 7 in the morning and then as late at 930 at night!!!! Aren't there laws against calling before 8 and after 8 at night??? They are annoying to say the least.

Please stop having them call my house.

How do they get our unlisted phone numbers?

We started getting calls from Arbitron on April 10, 2013. As of today April 17, 2013 we have received 18 calls. We did not ask to participate in their surveys. Nor are we going to participate. They have called at 9:56pm and as early as 7:55am. Very annoying. so today I flied a complaint with the FTC. Hopefully it will help. Because if it does not then I am going to sue them.
