Has been calling several times a day for the past week even though the number is blocked. Has to be computer dialed. Reported elsewhere as Fraud/Scam but not the type.
I'd be interested in knowing whether that worked. I've been getting calls twice daily from "PIC," but I never answer.
Called at 7:15 pm on a Tues evening. I didn't answer. They didn't leave a message. I'd says it's from Pittsburg, PA.
I get nothing if I call the number back - it just rings and rings. I get no voice no matter how long when I did answer nor does my caller id identify anything but the phone number. They call every day. I keep reporting them.
412 430 3876 Public Interest Communications has been calling daily 2-3 times a day. They never leave message, when I pick up, they never answer. Today 7/31/17 they answered. They were calling about a Christian charity. I told them I don't care who they were calling for, just stop calling this number everyday. Lady explained they were a call center for charities. I told her I don't care, just stop calling. She said she would put me on the do not call list.Public Interest Communications also has a web site. You can leave messages there. I have sent them three messages not to call, but they still do.I wouldn't donate anything to anyone calling from this organization. They are scums wasting our time with their phone calls.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
