Who says these crooks are located in VA? The 412 area code is Pittsburgh, western PA. But the way these crooks work, they might actually be in India or Mongolia for all we know. Good luck serving any lawsuit to them!
CallerID=Public Interest Repeated calls in past couple of weeks, never answer and never leave message. Now they have taken to leaving a message saying my name but nothing more. I will not answer.
Got call from this number Sunday Dec 3. Woke me up. Was from PIC. What ever that is. Did not answer.
Caller ID gave a Pittsburgh # and said "Public Interest". Answering machine picked up and there was nothing.
"Public Interest", lol. never leaves a message on machine and the caller ID name is a joke.
Caller ID said "Public Interest" Answering machine picked up and nobody there. No message. No call list is worthless.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
