ok, so I called it back and spoke with a representative . Its a company called Miratel solutions. If you've purchased Heart and Stroke lottery tickets in the past they are calling to remind you of the up coming deadline to purchase your tickets for the next draw. When you call back, initially you are greeted by an automated machine that offers you to end these calls to your phone by pressing #2. So thats, that. Goodnight Miratel.
