Yeah, You're right. I think I will ask her that the next time she calls. AND right after she called the first time and we hung up---she called back asking to verify the addreess again. That when she called the agent to leave him a message on his recorder, the recorder wouldn't accept her message. I told her it was probably because every 3-4 words she is saying I can't hear. Her sentences are all broke up. She said, "Oh, that's probably the problem then." She wanted to verify my address again and I just said, "The one I gave you the first time is correct." And hung up. I have no doubt she will call again for something else.
CAll 417-886-7091 ask to speak to Amanda Utter, ask to have them stop calling you. Additionally, go to donotcall.gov and register a complaint against this number if you are in the Do Not Call list. I keep getting called by this company and they never leave a message. One time I got a message with a woman laughing and talking in the background.
I received a call from SNRSE SVC ASSOC tell;ing me that my ATT high speed internet would have to be renewed on Sept 19.I told her that was funny because I had only been in this location with service with ATT less than 8 months. She stated again that my internet service would need to be renewed now. These people are scammers(in my opinion). they will ask a question and if you answer "yes", they record the "yes" and use that to switch you to whatever service they are pitching that day. If you fall for their game, it takes a lot of phone calls to straighten the mess that is created..believe me.
the lady was lieing to you it was some one trying to get your info.she would ask for your ss,adress, and credit card number.all ways check your att serv if they called you for a update.or any update.
They call twice a day and I always miss the call because heaven forbid I like to sleep in on my vacation/ data off from work. I call back and they say, "you have reached *insert gibberish company name* a liscened AT&T provider..: " they never say anything when I do pick up anf when I don't pick up they ring my flippin' phone of the hook. What the ace?! Somebody needs to deal with these clowns.
I have gotten calls everyday for a week or so, I did not answer. I called the number back and got the message above about the mailbox being full so I looked them up on the internet. I found this number and called 417-886-7091. I spoke with some woman and told her to remove my number. She wanted to know if I had any other numbers to add(?) I didn't trust that question, then she wanted my name, another question I didn't trust. I told her if I got another call I would be reporting to the attorney general office since I am on the state no call list.
