Daily I get hang up calls from this number. It appears to be a solicitation call. I called back and got an answering machine but the voice mailbox was supposedly full.

Call (417) 886-7091 you will get a person to speak to and tell them you are filing a law suit for the solicitation calls and they will take you off the call list.

I received a call from this company. The lady said she was with ATT&T and my long distance needed to be updated and if I did not do it now I would have to pay anot more later. I told her my service updates itself and she said not this time. If I took the service she would have to tape everything we said. I am always very careful not to answer this type of call but my husband who has bad eyesight took the car and told the person I did not get to work until 9:30. This whatever is using and abusing everyone and I don't buy anything over the phone.

Call offering ot save 8% off my PG&E bill. Asked for there contact number and web site address, caller hung up.

Exactly the same situation as above, as I just now received a call from 417-886-006, and it was a woman claiming: "Hi, I'm calling from AT&T...."That's as far as she got when I TOLD her to 'hold on a few minutes...maybe five or so....that's how long they tell me it takes to trace a call.'She hung up.

Got a call on the business line saying they're from Con Edison and needs to speak with the Account Payable.

She said her name is Quinta, she was calling from Liberty Mutual Insurance and wanted my name, my position, the name of the person in charge of our health care, and her name. Also wanted to know approximately how many employees we have working for us. They wanted the physical address so one of their agents could drop off some information to us. They have requested this information before (I told her) and no one ever brought anything by. We are on the "National Do Not Call List" and have been for 2 years. It is amazing to me the number of REPEATED calls we get from the same telemarketers day after day. Some of them 3-5 times a day. The Do Not Call LIST IS NOT working. What a waste of time.

sheesh....Quinta sure is nosy!I would have interrupted her to ask, "What were your parents thinking when they chose your name?" That would be more effective than the DoNotCall farce. ;o)
