I am not defending this company because they do violate the federal FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, however, you are incorrect on nearly everything you said. For example, being listed on your credit report is NOT the same as being in collections....if this company is calling you in an attempt to collect a debt, well, NOW you are "in collections", and yes, they too can report failure to pay a debt and further damage your credit score, well, actually, only you can damage your credit score. Calls anywhere from 7 AM Sunday morning to 9:30 at night. Don't know who they are or what they want. It is just a recorded call. At least they should say who they are and what they want.

This number has called me 20 times since 9:30 this morning. That is every 10 minutes. I have spoken with these "fine, upstanding individuals" several times and it isn't my debt they are trying to collect. They apologize everytime I talk to them, but still continue to call. I wish I could block specific calls from coming into my cell phone like you can text messages. ANY OF THE CELLULAR COMPANIES READING THIS???

I have no clue who or what these people want but they called me today "Sun" Dec 13th 2009 and it was a recording that said there was an inportant MESSAGE for me then said sorry the office is not open today.I thought collection people could not call on Sundays.My number is on the do not call list as well can anybody help me with this?here is the number 419-782-6838
