Same thing. I haven't answered this number, but I've been getting ~2 calls a day from unknown numbers (including this one) even though my number is not listed.
this is an extended car warranty company that has called from several different phone numbers with area codes throughout the US. I've blocked all of them now after repeatedly being asked to be removed from their list. They did have some old information of mine so unsure if its a scam or just heavy telemarketing
Another one of those Warrenty scams. I don't even own the Vehicle they want to sell the Warrenty for anymore!!! They get the number from the Publc records from your State Secretary of State DMV Office apparently. Since I traded my old car in and they sold it to an Auction lot without transferring the Registration, my info still comes up. It is Titled to them. The whole thing is stupid. I have a perfectly good Warrenty on the Vehicle I purchased!!!!
This is a auto warrantee scam. I answered once and asked to be taken off there call list. They keep calling but I don't answer. It is impossible to block the number.
They called and said I needed to verify my Google business listing or Google would mark my business as permanently closed. I stuck on the line to talk to someone. She asked for my business name and I said "that's actually why I wanted to talk to someone - can you give me the email of the account you are referring to. I have multiple listings." Then she said "I have your phone number" which I responded, yes she obviously did since she called me, but I needed more information to know which of my Google accounts she was referring to. And then she HUNG UP ON ME.
