Sitting in my living room my daughter (visiting from Chattanooga, TN) received a call from this number on her cell phone. Being a 423 area code she thought that it was a legitimate call so she answered. A woman with an Indian accent did not identify herself or her firm so my daughter went on the offensive. She asked if this was a collection call or an important call for her. The woman said "that does not matter" so my daughter asked for her supervisor and the woman laughed at her. My daughter again asked to speak with her supervisor and the woman raised her voice to talk over her. My daughter told her not to talk over her and connect her to the supervisor and the woman hung up on her.I found the phone number by using this website and since it is from CVS Caremark my daughter is going to send a copy of this posting as a complaint about this call.

HELLO EVERYONE! OK I DID IN FACT JUST GET OFF THE PHONE WITH A REPRESENTATIVE AT CVS CAREMARK AND I GAVE HER THE NUMBER AND IT IS INDEED CAREMARK. I ALSO THOUGHT IT WAS A SCAM AT FIRST BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE!FOR THOSE WHO ARE UBER PARANOID(AND THATS OK) YOU DONT HAVE TO WORRY OR FRET. IF YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE THEN SERIOUSLY JUST GOOGLE CVS AND CALL THEIR NUMBER. PLEASE DONT WRITE B.S. THAT ITS A DEBT COLLECTOR AND SCARE OTHERS THAT IS NOT COOL AT ALL!I'M RELIEVED NOW! :)

I also never answer unknown numbers. they left half a message stating that if I didn't call them back they were going to pursue legal methods.didn't sound like a pharmacy to me. I also have never used CVS for any reason.

HI YES IT IS INDEED CVS CAREMARK. I LEFT A DETAILED NOTE ON THIS ON PAGE 2 FOR THOSE WHO ARE UBER PARANOID AND MAKING UP B.S. STORIES.I SPOKE WITH CVS AND CVS CAREMARK AND THEY CONFIRMED THAT THIS NUMBER WHO CALLS US IS INDEED CVS CAREMARK.

You are a liar, we just got off the phone with CVS for god sake and the number IS LEGIT!Why on earth are you making so crazy ridiculous made up story? Please get help, that is so sad. :(When you call this number it asks you for your acct #. If you dont have the right acct # it just repeats the prompt. If you are unstable mentally you should probably go see a Dr.Im not being mean Im speaking the truth. I called CVS caremark AND CVS and they CAN and DID VERIFY it IS a LEGIT CVS number. You are lame! I HATE LIARS!

This number is legit (CVS).

It may be a legit number for CVS but I don't have an account with CVS, never have used that pharmacy for anything and yet they call me to tell me I have a prescription to be picked up. I can see why several of the people writing to this site would question the validity of a number that has no reason to call you. This site is so helpful to flag these numbers and I'm thankful to all that write in. I don't answer these numbers but glad some of you do and tell me who they are.

I've been receiving calls from this number for about a month, and today decided to answer. I have call-blocking software (Phone Tray), and every one of these calls is not being blocked which leads me to believe this 423-822-2465 number is spoofed.Today's automated phone call stated they are from CVS/Caremark, and asked if I am (Name). The system then asked me for my DOB, and I gave them a fake one and the system repeatedly asked me for my b-day. Eventually the system said to call back 877-477-1442 and provide a pin # and then disconnected. I phoned the 877# and was asked if I am over 55. I answered 'no', and was give an recorded spiel; this recording was different than incoming call. Eventually the recording disconnected, so I then phoned the 423 # which asked the same questions as their original phone call.Do not give out any information if you do get this call. I just phoned CVS Caremark, and they did some research while I was on hold. They called the 423# number and were unable to connect. They then told me they do not have any affiliation with Chattanooga, TN, and that if it really was CVS calling, it should display on the caller id. By the way, the phone number they are calling is NOT the one listed in my CVS/Caremark account. Even though some report this as CVS/Caremark, it's just smarter to never give out personal information.

I have received 2 calls from this number today...I tried calling them back and it is busy. All it shows on my caller ID is Chattnooga TN. Altho I deal with a CVS Caremark Speciality Pharmacy and do mail order some of our prescriptions this is not a number I have to reach them.
