Mortgage modification sales

I have received several calls from this phone number (424) 354-5345. They are providing loan modification services without being asked by myself. I never solicited their services; however, they continue to call several times. They call when the answering machine picks up they hang up. When I answer they are very aggressive on their sales tactics. They also discuss sensitive loan information with anyone who answers. I've asked them several times to stop calling and I've asked that they don't discuss or share information with anyone. However, they failed to adhere to the requests. I've received several call after telling them to stop calling. They refuse to declare what company they are calling from.

They refuse to declare what company they represent and I want it stopped NOW.I am on the DO NOT CALL list - yet even this does not seem to make any difference...

Have received three hang up calls, very frustrating, I am on the Do Not Call List a lot of good that does, called the number back a gentlemen answered when I asked who they were he said Home Loan Center and handled loan modifications for Bank of America

Got mine this morning. Just another useless call from an ILLEGAL company.Mortgage modification fraudsters - trolling the phone lines in CLEAR violation of the DNC List (among other things...) looking to scam people who are in need. These idiots have called before and it seems like they are buying info from previous or current MLS home listings. I suspect this since this time they called about another property that I had listed for sale back in 2010. Not a home mind you, but a 1,200+ acre parcel of land!They wanted to help me out with my mortgage modification and the script was as if I had contacted them about it earlier in the year. And as the poster above noted, yes, they are aggressive in their tactics. When the guy first started talking he was going along like a detective hot on the trail of a murder case interviewing a potential suspect. So I let him ramble for a minute and then asked him which property was he referring to?That rocked his boat.I then told him I was just the agent for the owner in the sale transaction of the property, the new owner paid cash - there was no mortgage on it, the price was $3.1 million dollars and that he had been sold bogus info.I also asked him where he got this "lead" from, since I would be happy to 'talk' to this particular idiot.He hung up.

Another day, another call from these useless ba$$turds.Thanks MORONS for putting me on your internal Do Not Call List. I see your system functions beautifully.

Correction, not mortgage modification SALES - but Mortgage Modifcation SCAMMER.Some Hindi called me looking to see if I wanted to refi or adjust my mortgage. I wouldn't DARE do business with a company that outsourced their FINANCIAL services to a part of the world that ORIGINATES some of the most aggregious telemarketing scams in the world.Would YOU want YOUR financial info in the hands of a Pakistani or an Indian?? It's practically the closest thing to just handing your financial info over to Al Qaeda or the Taliban. Hell, for that matter, you should just write Osama's replacement a check. It would save a step.Sorry, I don't dislike the people, I just do not trust their allegiance or their government to have MY best interests at heart.

A new day and a new call from the telemarketing terrorists.Just picture Babu Bhat from Seinfeld making the call..."Hellooo. I am Charles Norris from the Loan Center, I would like to modify your mortgage for you....."Best I could surmise was that they are somehow selling these "leads" to companies like Quicken Loan, that's who did the follow up on this from the other day when I tried to get more info out of Babu Bhat.I like to keep these baboons busy with pointless work and projects if possible. It keeps them from annoying the rest of you for a little while. They work pretty well when they think they might get paid. Too bad they haven't figured out how to flag me as a waste of time for them yet.

A new YEAR, and this a new call from the mortgage modification scammers. Still Babu Bhatt hasn't gotten himself a real job. Poor, poor Babu.....
