RWS Eservices Singapore just wiped out my PaPal business account today! No phone calls. Just an Email from PayPal that the last charge on my account did not go through due to insufficient funds. They had already spent all the money with the other charges and all in one day! Calling and Keep getting recordings from PayPal. Surely would like to speak to a live person!
still happening!!! .. this morning my card was used its Resort World Sentosa Singapore , while i was driving to work in another country! who are these people ?
I jusr got nailed today with three transactions. $463.00 total. All PayPal transactions are alerted to my phone, so i saw it right away. Called number on back of my PayPal card, finally card a live person, they said I will be reimbersed in 24 to 48 hours. Card is cancelled and another issued. I use this card everyday, last at a Thai restaurant with only the perosn at the counter. Possible he got cc number and three digit code off back. He's new and I felt strange in his presence. Anyone else live in Spokane WA and get their PP card info stolen? Tracking this down.
Got my two charges from RWS-ESERVICES,SINGAPORE,SG last night. One for $118 and one for $163, both on my PayPal account. With so many people having this issue with PayPal. looks like PayPal would deny any transactions made by RWS-ESERVICES,SINGAPORE,SG.
My bank called me today to tell me about a fraudulent charge for $272. They said it was done at 10:45PM last night from RWS eServices. There was also a 7.00 charge for zazzle.com, which makes unique gifts. Again another vendor I didn't use. I'm glad my bank caught RWS eServices was fraud, as they declined the card purchase up front. I never received a phone call or received a yellow piece of paper at my door. I live in Austin, TX and it seems this is a made up of a large network, or many people get our card information, and post it for sale on the Internet.
The bank called me a few days ago and I got scammed by RWS Eservices Singapore as well. I didn't have any phone calls, but some how they got a hold of my bank info. I have to get a new card, and, yes, it's a pain, but I'm glad my bank caught it right away and they are reversing the charges.
We got a notice too, although we just got married, i thought it was legit thinking someone sent us something. I called but no one ever called back so i figured it was some kind of scam since they dont bother to call you back!
Got one in Stanwood too. Be careful, I think these people are stealing identities somehow. I called the number, and left my name and phone number for a return call. Then the next day started getting fraudulent charges on my bank account/debit card. I think these pieces of paper are being used to verify people's existence from a stolen list of credit card numbers. Mine even had the number 13 hand written on the back. I had two charges for a penny each to a place called 3 HO International, so they could check out if the card numbers worked, and then a big charge for $257.80 to some casino/resort in Singapore called RWS E-Services. All the fraudulent purchases were done online. Don't know for sure if this yellow paper was related to this or not, but I am suspicious.
So weird...I just got this yellow piece of paper several weeks ago in my locked mailbox in Marysville, WA. However, it has a different phone number...360-631-1966 and the number has been disconnected. Kind of creepy...not sure if people have been receiving them at their door...how could it get in my locked mailbox except thru the post office.
