They are still at it. I woke up to find 4 charges on my paypal debit card. UGH. We're going on a trip and this was our gas money. There was a small $8.59 charge to a hotel. According to Paypal, the place stopped it, but then the RWS-ESERVICES,SINGAPORE,SG, had 3 larger transactions totaling $600. Lucky for me, I caught it, called and the money is back in my account. The card is dead now though. SO, I have to wait for the new one to arrive.

My Paypal account was just hammered with 3 charges in the amount of $295.04 from RWS-ESERVICES,SINGAPORE,SG. With no cash in my back account to fund this, there are going to be some beaucoup NSF fees. Thanks a lot, %&(**(*^^!

Didn't get a call but did get a withdrawal of 50.00 from my credit card for RWS-ESERVICES I never authorized.

Paypal Debit Mastercard, on 10/19 the scammers put through a transaction for $1.11 Debit Card Signature Purchase-GOLDEN ARROW #10051927,BUENA VISTA,VA,and then 10 minutes later this charge came through:$217.10 Debit Card Signature Purchase-RWS-ESERVICES,SINGAPORE,SG,Called paypal a couple hours after the charges showed up, but they said they couldn't do anything until the transactions completed. They said I would get a provisional credit, and have canceled my card. I now have to wait for a new card to get mailed to me.

They got me too using my Paypal MC. They acted like this was new news to them and it hasnt happened to anyone else but after finding this site I am perplexed as to why these charges are allowed to come through and this company isn't flagged. They got me for (3) transactions for $297.15 each within minutes. The only reason they didnt get more is because of my limit set on the account. I only noticed when I went to charge $20 and it was declined. This is frustrating because thats almost $1000 about to be withdrawn from my bank account. Extremely frustrated!!!

My PayPal MC was hit 10/19/13 for three charges of $297.53 to RWS-ESERVICES SINGAPORE, SG. I only became aware because my 24-hr $1000 limit was reached the next morning when I tried to spend $25 on groceries. I called PP and they informed me that I was completely protected against these charges and that they would refund any money withdrawn from my funding bank and any associated overdraft fees. They did not offer me any provisional credit, but looking at my PayPal statement indicating that these transaction are “complete”, and NO money has been removed from my bank leads me to believe that PayPal is getting smart to this scam.

It can take up to 48 hours for the bank to remove it if the charge was processed as a credit card. This happened to me just last month and I thought the same thing and then BAM, it was taken out and I was charged. These blood suckers took nearly a grand from me and it took PP almost 2 weeks to refund my money.

£530 from my account here in the UK. Someone I know had it happen to them. it originated from a self service fuel pump at a Tesco service station, she and I both used it and that's when the scamming started.
