Calls almost daily, sometimes multiple times a day. I tried answering a few times, but every time I do, there is NO ONE THERE. So annoying. I finally blocked the number, but they are still attempting to call me.

This is a scam operation. They called me several times but would never leave a message. Just block their number or set your phone to have their call go directly into your vm. I did that and they stopped calling me. Also, check out www.consumer.ftc.gov. This will give you information and steps you can take against fake collection agencies. @ 425-372-5310

same deal, just BLOCK it, there's news about they want to verify something with you (all conversation recorded by them), and when you say "Yes", they will cut that piece of audio out, and use it in some credit card charge voice verification, so beware.

This is a collection agency, Receivables Performance Management.. If they continue to call you in error call them back and explain to them that the person they're looking for is not at that number and you will file suit against them based on the TCPA.
