Confirm first and last name. Ask what it was regarding they wanted me to verify my address. I asked what it was about they said they cannot disclose any information until I verified my address. I advised him that I would not disclose whether that was or was not my address, until they provided some information she said she could not I disconnected the call.
These scammers pay no sttention to the do not call list. Your only defense is to block the call. Most cellular companies can accommodate and for me my home system lets me enter up to 100 numbers. This is one of them. I see by looking at the call log these scammers have called once a day for the last 5 days. But all I get is an entry to the log. The system cuts them off without ringing my phone.

Call received at 09:43 a.m. on Wednesday, 18 December 2024. No caller identifier was given, so I let the answering machine pick up. No message was left. The call originated in Calgary, AB.
