Just got another call, 3rd this week. I told the guy I will call the police next time he calls me. He was stubborn, I have problems with my computer. I know I have not. Strong asian accent, I am really angry. He told me he will call me 40 times a day, until I'm doing something about my computer. It's harassment. I can't stand it anymore *cry*

I tell them I have a MAC so why is WINDOWS calling me since MAC doesnt use WINDOWS. Had them scratching their heads!

We received this call on my husband's cell right after Christmas when I was a little brain dead. Feel like an idiot because we know better. I took the call and the guy said from my error messages my computer was infected and was going to shut down in a month. I caught on really quick but they had my IP address and they pulled the plug before I could. Dell worked very hard restoring my computer and my Gateway because they presented themselves as Dell. When I reported them, I was told that sometime they say they are from Dell, Microsoft or even the FBI. Got the same call on my cell but they asked for a different name. Told them it was a wrong number but I wanted to call everyone I could find about that name. When they didn't get any money from me, they said no one could fix it. Dell said they accepted the challenge and I told the guy it was fixed. Lost some data but learned to be on my toes all the time. Have had other numbers that are listed on the web that do the same thing that try to call. They are on the rejected list.

First call came in at 9:30 am today - I immediately came to this website to check who was calling me. So, when the second phone call came in this afternoon, I answered. A man with a thick accent said he was calling from Microsoft about a problem with my computer. Since I had already checked this number on this site, I replied "What? I don't own a computer"! He hung up. Let's see if I receive any more calls.

I started getting calls from this guy about 2 months ago. At first I was able to talk with him and when I said I wasn't interested he said he would keep calling until I did something about my problem. After about six calls in two days during which he got more and more nasty he finally blew up and told me off. Since then I keep getting calls from that number but nobody speaks - they just hang up. On my call display there is another number displayed above the 425-668-9652 : V11823330500010. Does anyone know what this means?

Guy with a Hindu accent said Windows reported my computer to his company; he went into a spiel about how my files could be harmed due to viruses, etc, then wanted me to turn on my computer and log on. Yep, that's going to happen.

She said she was calling about my Microsoft computer . . . . I thanked her and said, "please take me off your list and do not call me again" . . . she said, "I'll call you anytime . . . I'll call again" and hung up - some American company is being paid well for the use of this number so that someone in Asia can harass Americans . . . what's wrong with this picture . . .

they call my daughters unlisted number at least once a week, last time i happened to answer, they told me that they were calling on behalf of microsoft, and her computer was leaking her personal info out over the net. i just told them i worked for microsoft and asked for their employee number. next thing i heard was them hanging up lol

Smart mouth with Asian accent wanting to sell stuff he really does not have. Sad but do not call list is where the folks get their numbers, or so he said. I know since our number has been registered with the "do not call" we get more calls than we did before.
