This is a Mexico area code. Left a voice mail that they would not pay my invoice sent to them. I never sent them one to begin with. Interestingly, they used a former client's name. When I called my client, she was freaked out because her email has been hacked and various people are getting the same email invoice/voice mails. These people not only call, they send spam emails with Trojans attached. And the main office fax number is an area code for Bermuda, while the estimating fax is an area code for Orlando.
