This number also called me several times lately, leaving messages with a "Mrs. ****". It's a collection agency wanting to harrass you for money but not willing to send you letters regarding the debt. I don't trust places like this but know I do have medical bills turned into collections. Go figure!

I received a message from a "Ms. Padgett" on 5/12/11, looking for a Ms. "K....Wally". My answering message clearly gives my last name - which is not "Wally" !! So, trying to be nice, by calling them back this morning from my cell (on my way to work) to tell them it was a wrong number, I got this Ms. Padgett on the phone. I had suspected it was a collection outfit, but she was rude and refused numerous requests from me to identify the company she represented, saying that she needed to know MY name and the number that was called (my home number). When she called ME rude - I asked her "why did you leave a message for someone who does not have my name?". I gave her the phone number, told her that she didn't need to know MY name since she was being so rude, then I cussed her out. Now I'm reporting them on here. A COLLECTION AGENCY IN LYNCHBURG.

I received a call from this same number 434-528-1727 this morning. An obvious wrong number they were calling. I called them back and they demanded to know my name, which i refused. They would not tell me who they were, just kept on demanding my name and address. I finally hung up on them, all I wanted them to understand was that they had called a wrong number. They did not want to hear that.

Received another call from them at my home today. I was nice enough to let them know last time, that my son, whom they were calling for, does not live here. I also agreed to give my son the message to call them back. I did, and he had no idea who that was calling and did not return the call. Of course they do not want to talk to me since my son is over 18. Today they called again. Being nice, I gave them a courtesy call back to once again tell them he does not live here. I declined to give them his number without his permission - same game they play when they don't want to tell me what the call is about. The lady was not rude, but explained in length and a very sharp tone of voice, that it would be in his best interest to call them. After hanging up, I was so shook by the mean vibration that came with her tone of voice that I called her back and asked her what I did to her for her to use this tone with me. While she did apologize for her tone, it did in no way undo the feeling it left with me. I warned her about doing this to other people. I did not deserve to be spoken to in this manner. I also asked her not to be calling MY home again. Who needs this sort of behavior - regardless of what the call was about ?

This is a credit collection Agency, located in Lynchburg, VA. They call contacts that you have listed on your medical bills as "next of kin" and try to leave messages for you to call them.

Pay your bills and you wont be "harrassed"!

Well actually my insurance PAID all the bills, b/c that is what insurance is for. It is not my fault their filing system cannot keep up. So yes, even proof that bills were paid, they are now harassing. Next time know the story before passing judgment because you may be one of these people one day.
