It seems to be a Telus Mobility voicemail access number, allowing a user to takes its voicemail messages when he doesn't have his phone for the Montreal area.I had a call from this number the first time I missed a call with my new telus phone. I didn't try though.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
