I get these calls all the time. I have called back once and it was ATT. I don't answer anymore and I don't listen to the voicemails. What IS scammy though, is that the number that shows up when the call comes in is not this 440 number.
At 2:27 on today March 23 I got the call but I haven't answered it it goes straight to voicemail. But from what I've read it's a scam number
