My name is on the National and WI lists, which stops most all calls from legitimate businesses, but I don't expect it to stop calls from lowlifes like the card service scammers. Spoofing of number and name needs to be outlawed so the scammers can be identified and located.

Credit Card Services... Also probably a caller ID dipping fee scam to steal caller ID fees from your telephone company. Most of todays telemarketers are more interested in collecting dipping fees than selling you something.REPORT ALL SPAM CALLS TO THE FTC AND YOUR STATE DNC LIST AUTHORITY.WRITE YOUR STATE AND FED CONGRESS FOLK TO CHANGE THE TELCO TARRIFS TO STOP THE "DIPPING FEE".

Just saw this # on caller ID when i GOT HOME. Also says Barlett inc. Usually when I get a scam/spam call I tell them to hold the line, I set phone down, then wait several min. for the BEEP,BEEP,BEEP... sound when they hang up. I'm sure it p's them off.

Got a call about lowering credit card rates

It's hard to enforce any laws when the disgusting people in society outnumber the ones who are paid to try to enforce them. The drug-addicted "card service" scammers, and unlawful criminal gun owners are in the same class--threats to the decent folks.

This Jerk keeps calling and not answering! I have replyed with STOP! as my cell phone provided said to do and they KEEP CALLING! Also the JERK is using the #'s 216 282 5671, 972 250-9862, 121 628 5671, 336 059 4744 I am also on the DO NOT CALL LIST for land and cell phones!

Received call on 07/09/2013, on my cell phone.I did not answer, nor did they leave a message.I am on the DO NOT CALL list... grrrrr.....

Called my land line and left a hangup voicemail.

Same as reported above-scam call with an automated message about lowering interest rates. Hung up as soon as I realized it was bull.
