Good morning everyone. Well it looks like the scam has changed. This morning I got the call while I was busy. No name of course. Later I returned the call & got a (statically)(a suposed poor connection made on purpose) "please press any number to be added to the No Call list" & then silence. Now I need to find if thid is one ofthose number that charge every time you.call them.
I just got a call. I told them I didnt feel comfortable giving them my personal information over the phone. They brought on their supervisor, and I told him the same thing and got hung up on.Definite scam.
call from 440-617-5620 called me on my cell phone acting as if I had a credit card with them. If you press 2 to be removed from their crap call list the phone disconnects. Company does not state their name of the company on the voice mail, it's obviously been adjusted to skip the name of the company. Just another company that should be shut down by Government.
Fortunately my smartphone has a send directly to voicemail feature. The phone does not ring if i set the number to go straight to voicemail. I just set these scammers. All numbers set that way so far have given up calling. Hopefully others have this feature on their phones too.
Just got call from this number to lower interest rate. I asked which bank are you calling me and he said i am calling from VISA but then later ! its totally scam.
Just got a call from this number but did not answer. No message either . From reading the comments, sounds like I was good to ignore it!
I pressed 1 to listen and they said my cards are at a higher than 10% interest rate and I asked which cards and she listed off Bank of America, Chase, and Citibank - I knew this was untrue and I told her they had the wrong number and the line was quickly disconnected by the rep.
The company is a fishing agency. I called my card number and got things changed and they said it was a fishing agency! Do not give them any of your information! If you do call your card company and tell them about the scam.

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
