You're sure right, it's a scam! You were called by the drug-addicted "card services" scammers who pretend to be associated with various credit card company in an effort to fool people into giving them their credit card numbers.These lowlifes, "work" on a commission cheating people in order to support their disgusting habits. Those that have revealed their card numbers to these scum have suffered severe financial losses! Beware, and warn others, before they are victimized!

What if the phone company had to paid their customers $50 for each call? I bet this would stop all of this unnecessary and unwanted waste of time.

Just got the call @10:03am EDT 4/25/2013 from 440-617-5620 on caller ID. CID also said BARLETT INC. This number has called in the past and I knew not to answer it.There must be a way to stop these scam scumbags.

Received a call 4/20/13 @ 10:16 AM. Since I didn't recognize the number, I didn't answer. No message was left. The caller ID said the caller was OHIO and I know no one there.

I received a call from "Heather" as well this morning at 8:00 am on my CELL PHONE. I purposely discontinued my land line because I would not stop getting these calls and now my cell phone. I am beyond furious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We got a call from this on our cell phone which is registered for "no call". We didn't answer.

SCAM- Received an automated call saying "my credit card was eligible for a lower interest rate. They do not mention WHICH credit card they are calling about so obviously phishing for info if you talk to them. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO. DO NOT TALK TO THEM!
