Scammers. Wish do not call list people could get three complaints and have phone turned off.
My mother in law got a call from this number & was worried about it. I told her never to answer calls from numbers she doesn't recognize. This is becoming more & more frequent.
Called my cell while at work-I supervise a large field team and am using my cell all the time. No longer will answer #'s I don;t recognize. I am also on the do not call list, so of what use is the list??
Call here in Georgia at 11:48AM it is a robot call offering extended car warranty. Problem is I do not own a car, just motorcycles. When I tried to talk to them they hung up! so much for the do not call list.....
There are so many different area codes nowadays that it's impossible to keep up! I guess the best thing to do is never answer an unfamiliar number. I learned that lesson quite a while ago. Always block these unfamiliar numbers as well.

I didn't recognize the number so I obviously was checking to see who it was
The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
