Unidentified caller, repeated calling, will not leave message, cannot block the number

I got a call from the very same number. When I asked who it was, they hung up. And you can't return the call, cuz it says disconnected. Have you found out the source yet?

This number continues to harass me. Who is it???

The caller asked if I was Douglas I said yes and then he hung up on me I tried calling back and it will not let you call them back! He sounds Spanish or had another accent close to it.

+1 (457) 778-7878.. This # calls and several other #'s from same area constantly during the day.. They don't leave a message just continuously call!

Receiving calls, talking bout the federal government wanna grant me $9,200 and it's once in a lifetime thing. And that i have to pay $250 to access the code or whatever. Bunch of BS and they have called from numerous numbers
