I have received 14 calls in the last 2 hours from this number. I answer once after they left a voicemail in Spanish. The previous owner on my number I suspect was Hispanic because I still get Spanish calls looking for this person 2 years later. However I have no idea what he was saying just that he keeps calling.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
