The 469-464-9384 VO IP phone number is assigned to a "up and coming" company, Bandwidth.com, located in Raleigh, NC. and they are in the communications business. They have a campaign to "disrupt the status quo" and pride themselves on "disrupting technologies"... They are also trying to hire folks that hopefully can FIX their late night "test calls" If you want the job with them then call 919-297-1100 and ask for David Morken (CEO) or talk to the company lawyer (Chris Matton) and let him know how much pain and suffering the test calls are causing you.

Out-of-area called at 12:03 a.m. EST on1/25/13. Called number back with answer "I'm sorry, your call cannot be completed at this time. Please hang up and try again later.

It's 9:08 PM in Los Angeles,,,just got a call from this number a few minutes ago. And it was to my house phone - not my cell phone as it seems to have been with some other posters...Not recognizing the number, of course I didn't answer - it's for this reason why I have Caller ID. And if any of you don't have it on your house phone line(s) by all means get it. It will pay for itself...Like others, I too have no idea what the xxxx this is - but just assume it's some kind of scam and treat it accordingly...I see that several people called the number back - DO NOT call it back! What you may very likely be doing is just confirming it's a valid number and thus opening yourself up tp getting more unwanted calls from telemarketer's...Or if you want to have some real fun, and you have call forwarding - forward the call to the Dallas (Texas) Police Department - the 469 area code is in the Dallas area...

Just got a call from 469-464-9384 at 11:43 at night. When I answered they hung up, when I called back all I got was a busy signal.

Also got called at 12:20 am - scared me because I thought something had happened - only rang four times. No voicemail - absolutely ridiculous as I'm reading previous messages about this specific call.
