I'm a Verizon customer. I phoned them and was told that I can block up to 5 phone numbers at no charge. Don't know if other carriers do the same. Hope this helps.

filed a complaint with federal trade commision. caller called prior to 8 am on a sunday. same as everybody else's complaint. added to my block list on my phone.

3rd time I've gotten this call on my home phone in MO in middle of night. very annoying! glad to have found this, but what can we do?

Just received a call @ 4.05 am EST. Never answer unknown numbers, and voicemail stays full. WTF

I just called Bandwidth.com at 800-808-5150, the guy confirmed that they are the ones that are hosting this VoIP number and if you go to their webpage and file a complaint it goes straight to their legal department. If they get enough complaints they will probably shut it down.

Got their call at 5 am this morn. Called back & it just keeps ringing....no message on thier end. After leaving it ring about 5 minutes the phone was picked up & hung up without a comment or message. Just hung up.So I keep calling them and letting it ring. 5AM, really????? This needs to stop!!!

Called at 2 a.m. When we called back, recording saying it's not a working number. Probably busy waking up other people in the middle of the night!
