I also believe it is the scam to get you to say "yes" and then they can use that taped word to make it seem that you have agreed to whatever they are trying to steal from you/your account/whatever. These crooks always come up with new, devious ways to rob.
The weirdest thing is the robot (read what Robert says above) listened to my answering machine message, yet still asked the "did you vote" question. Now my answering machine works fine, but it can't talk back-yet. Also I forgot, but the call was around 8:30pm. Ouch.
Called several times recently and asked some simple political survey questions. They called today and asked for $20 money donations that is the purpose of the call.
Called at 8 PM while we were having dinner. I let the answering machine pick it up, but caller did not leve a message. I will block the number

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
